Speaking of single digits, Nortel trading $9 on Instanet here. Lucent is in the sixes. JDSU is near $12 and looking to trade lower. Cisco trading sharply lower in Europe, supposedly due to word from an ANALyst saying, it was suffering from a "significant decline in business from service providers". Rumors running rampant now that Cisco could warn within the next few days.
