Given NT's announcement this morning, a recovery in 3Q seems a lot more dim. On the positive side for CSCO, NT is practically doing a Lucent-like implosion. Good thing that they didn't load up on debt like LU. CSCO's got a chance to steal some serious market share while others are collapsing.
