It seems like all the agitating against the shady ANALysts practices is starting to pay off. I just saw a securities industry rep on TV the other night talking about the new "best practices" principles that the industry is proposing to bring ANALysts into line. The rep noted that there is a lot of public mistrust with ANALysts these days.
