HI Bill,

Yup selling a put would be a way of getting the stock below a washout price. Now Nortel announces - obviously that entire sector is massively over inventoried and the build out has come to a screeching halt with all the start ups having shot their wad.

Now we look for the deliberate build rates of the rbocs (the only players with money - what a wonderful thing cashflow is ggggg).

Thanks for your perspective.

As I feared Jdsu looks like it is going the way of Lu(below ten ) - early hour trading took it thru 12 like a hot knife on butter.

I've got enough scars from knife catching - I believe I'll wait for a double bottom and then sweat the triple bottom.I'm sweating triple bottoms on just about my entire account right now.

The only thing good about triples is they are quick and provide great entry points - so I'm keeping my powder dry.

Back to the concept of only taking on margin when a vix spike occurs.Right now I'm bullet proof and sleeping pretty good. I like that.

Thanks again

Bob
