LPAC - interesting move buying out the largest outside shareholder at a discount and cutting the float significantly. Also indicates cash flow is strong enough to make share buybacks possible.

biz.yahoo.com

The $2.50 buyback price may put pressure on LPAC in the short term but it's a great long-term move for overall share price stability. They didn't say if the shares would be retired or not.

LPAC annual meeting is today after the market close - we should get more perspective then.

Also, all insider options are priced at a $4.13 strike so no one will stick these new shares in their pocket on the sly.

Nice moves by LPAC management.
