The June News release. 70,000 unit private placement Huntington Resources Inc HUN Shares issued 6,591,596 Jun 12 close $0.25 Thu 12 Jun 97 News Release Mr Roger MacInnis reports The private placement announced in Stockwatch May 1 1997, has been cancelled. The company has arranged a private placement of 70,000 units at $0.30. Each unit will consist of one flow through share and one flow through warrant. The warrant will have a two year life and may be exercised in the first year to purchase one share at $0.35 and at $0.40 in the final year. The funds will be used to begin mobilization for the 1997 summer work program on the Brett gold project.
