And shareholders are paying these clowns for their fiduciary experience? They're being paid by inexperienced shareholders to be smart enough to save their companies from the fact that there never has been a "new era". I've never seen lawyers to be loyal to anything but money. Where are they and why are they afraid to bring class action lawsuits against the insiders that pocketed millions while destroying residual value for their shareholders? Do you think this was all part of the Apres Moi Le Deluge that appears more and more likely to have been allowed under the last admin?
