I need some guidance on the Jude Wanniski article you posted (#71705). Much as I welcomed its indication towards a $325 POG (since this was my target price I posted on this board some months ago), I cannot understand why this would 'cure deflation'? I could understand why, if the USD dropped against the Euro or the Asian currencies since this could be reflationary and help US exporters but how can a uniformly higher gold price ward off deflationary pressures?
