WHY does CSGI always use "FULLY AUTOMATED" in PR, when it's not?

This is one thing that bugs me, since I see profitable companies such as Crystal use the term "highly automated", and go on the get accounts such as Coca-Cola and Ford Motors.

The fact that they CLAIM in PR to be "FULLY AUTOMATED", when in fact NO CONVERSION can be, is very suspect to me. WHY would a reputable company MISREPRESENT themselves publicly?

2. WHY would CSGI have gone public when their conversion software was UNPROVEN? Other companies in a similar situations have waited until the PROOF was in before going public. This seems a very AMATURISH move on their part.
