By being forced to filll out this form,you are giving evidence against yourself,a clear violation of the fifth amendment. If the 16th amendment itself allows for such an auditing procedure then it supercedes the 5th on this one issue. If it does not that would make the auditing procedure argueably unconstitutional but not the income tax itself. Tim
