The 10 percent decrease in bandwidth demand is a little surprising to me. Some the CC calls I have heard suggest the glut is regional in nature and depends on what part of the network you are talking about. I wonder if NT is referring mainly to the long haul declining the most, so that the aggregrate decline is 10 percent? The complete write off the their metro products indicates a total collapse of that market in the last few weeks or NT's total lack of products customers want. I am not sure which at this point. The RSTN upgrade today would indicate the later.
