bill no prob. here's something that truly amazed me about filing that paperwork.... no one had to document their trades! this is actually why i called the attorney... essentially in disbelief that litigation like this was operating on the honor system. you know what she told me? paraphrasing, she said, "you'd be surprised how few people cheat on things like this. i only recall one person ever having lied about a trade." huh? say what? how would she know, or anyone know, who did or did not lie if there was no documentation requirement? her statement professing that only one person had lied was, imo, about as dumb a thing as i've heard in a great many years. :) mark
