Help me. Help me.(black and white version)

I'm looking for websites or threads where I can find a epi...epa...eped...a skin doctor. I promised S.J. that I would use the PC this weekend to try to locate some help for a coworker's husband who has had a painful skin rash for the last 9 MONTHS!! It came about after a hunting trip to CO. While there he bathed in a stream and possibly injested the water. His wife boiled the water and has shown no signs of having what her husband is afflicted with. The doctors he has seen thus far don't seem to have a clue. Can anyone tell me who or where I might find help to try to broaden his search for a cure or relief from this painful affliction? I've already asked at the "Here's to your health" thread.
