There are always lots of explanations for everything. The people at that site looked at lots of evidence, and made some conclusion as to what the evidence predominantly indicated. The Hemings story was always around, since Jefferson was alive even, and was always pooh-poohed by Jefferson's guardians. The DNA evidence may not be totally conclusive, but it seems pretty strong. Given all the institutional denial that preceded it, it's not exactly a surprise that there are plenty of people still trying to explain it away.
