the three companies i favor right now are:
CPST - capstone turbine - big headstart in this field, though some big companies are coming in
ACPW - Activepower
FWC - Foster Wheeler, though there are some asbestos concerns

FCEL is a biggie, but i don't follow it. i think this sector, the real companies, will be big winners over the next 6-12 months. larry
