its lead is widening over Intel in technology for low-power chips used in ultralight notebook computers.

My first reaction is to say "BS". I'd also say this if the statement came from Intel. I don't believe any of these guys any more--everyone says the recovery is a quarter or two away, and are wrong every quarter. A long would rather hear TMTA say they were narrowing their performance gap with Intel than saying they were widening their low-power technology. I think that is what is killing them. I can easily make a very low power chip--just take a Celeron and turn the power off. No power, and performance roughly the same as TMTA (just kidding).
