Would that be because they are made up as we go along?

I don't see Jenna's name mentioned once in the TOU. If she touts a paid site here on SI she is fair game as far as I'm concerned.

Now point out to me in the TOU where it says that mentioning Jenna's name or her stock picks is harassment. I bring up the "harassing" because I know that is the excuse you will use.
