Intl Rectifier (IRF) 37.35 -17.90: In morning note, Robert W. Baird downgrades to MARKET PERFORM from STRONG BUY and lowers price target to $60 from $100 following company's pre-announcement yesterday; believes IRF shares will come under potentially severe pricing pressure today buoyed only by potential short covering (15% of IRF's shares have been sold short); in a sharp sell-off, firm would be buyers of the shares in the mid to low $30 range; long-term firm still believes in the company's transition to higher-end products.
