See my post on AREM thread - it's an excuse to call in all the shares, that's all. Hence the meaningless minimum 1.1 to 1 ratio. More stupid melodrama - this stock seems to attract crap from both sides like a magnet. Since it's 1/10 the size of my largest investment now, I treat AREM strictly as a circus sideshow.
