As of end of last Q they also had about $400 million investments other than cash and equivalents. So, add another dollar plus to the total. I agree with you that BK is a possibility, and that there is a good chance 3Com stock will fall to 3.5 before it bottoms. The half billion cash burn last quarter must have taken management by surprise. I guess they were sleeping on their Palm laurels. They suddenly realized that at this rate 3Com would be our of business in one year. The problem with the cuts is whether anybody will be left to sell and service their pretty decent remaining products.
