INFO update on Coleman: Empire Energy is the operator now , empireenergy.com./press.html Tuesday May 29, 2001 Empire Energy Shareholders Approve Commonwealth Acquisition Thursday June 7, 2001 Empire Energy Prepares Development Plans Coleman County, Texas: This 3,000-acre lease is located approximately 150 miles southwest of Fort Worth and has two wells that are currently producing gas from the Caddo and Duffer formations. Empire has a 39% working interest. Development plans for the lease include the commingling of additional formations in the two existing producing wells and a 3 well drilling program targeting the Marble Falls, Duffer and Ellenberger formations with possible commingling of two or more formations in each well.
