The death penalty and errors....

Well, here in the state with the most documented erroneous convictions released from death row, it does seem likely that there would be such errors. Whereas, in your state, such errors appear to quickly become moot.

That said, it's pretty hard to argue for McVeigh... he seems extraordinarily deserving.
