Hi! I am wondering if any of you have had this problem before. My "Critical Update" for IE5.5 comes up with the usual 2 windows, the last being the one checking my system. Problem is that it never goes to the next step, which is the suggested programs to upload. I am not sure when this stopped working; however, I have loaded Norton SystemWorks in the last 6 weeks. Maybe, one of my (other) programs is interfering? I have re-installed IE5.5 and have turned-off Norton ... still not working! The MS reader database has something on this; but, it sounds way too complicated. I am looking for an easier! Thanks, Lonnie
