You are so intent on finding excuses to take the guilt off of Timmy's shoulders, may I suggest you take a look at Janet Reno's part in the tragedy(s). I don't think McVeigh ever mentioned Limbaugh as an inspiration for his madness but he took Janet's name in vain a time or two.

"Don't you feel a little responsible for helping to create such an atmosphere of anger and hatred toward
the federal government?" Limbaugh was like a deer caught in the headlights.
