The laws of income taxation create an unlawful lien
How can it be unlawful if it is the law? You have yet to show that it is an invalid law. The courts have held otherwise. If they have refused to hear cases you wish them to hear, perhaps it is because they see no merit to them and refuse to water their time and our money on them.

Taxation of the creation of wealth is confiscatory and immoral.
Why is it any more immoral than a sales tax or a property tax or a customs duty? In essence, they are all confiscation of wealth at gunpoint.

The U.S. was run quite well through 1917 with no imposition of income taxes. I guess what the Founding Fathers did back in 1776, and later when they drew up the Constitution were creating a "state of anarchy"? Hmmmm... ?

So therefore, you are saying that, in essence, the government literally holds a gun to our heads (if you force them to that) to turn over part of the income (wealth) individuals produce. What a lovely concept of "liberty".
and that is exactly what a tax- -any tax- -does. Turning over part of the income or wealth of an individual is exactly what a tax accomplishes. If you do not have taxes, you will not have government. That means anarchy. Taxes are the price we pay for civilization.
