I just don't understand why all the other firms have such a compelling reason to lie about it. I'm sure most of the
people who aren't telling the truth don't realize that's the case; they're probably passing on the information that was passed on to them by their superiors' superiors.

Mike, you just reminded me of something a friend of mine told me 20 years ago. She was working in a retail store and dealing with customers, and she told me I would be amazed at the things some customers complained about or asked questions about. Her favorite response to a whole hosts of such comments was "it's for security reasons" because people accepted that and didn't press the issue.

I guess you didn't shop there. <g>
