Personally, I look to sell puts where I see reasonable opportunity
for risk vs reward. Here is one I did last few days:

CMVT @62.25 JAN 02 50 @6.80 Breakeven = 43.20 -30% annualized ret 22.6%
CMVT @57.25 JAN 02 50 @8.30 Breakeven = 41.70 -27% annualized ret 27.5%

They recently increased guidance for revs and net for 2001.
I have been watching them for a long time and would be real
happy getting shares below the current 52 week low, which is
where my breakeven is at. If I don't get the shares I'm
happy with the returns on strike price in excess of 25%,
with a downside protection of greater than 27%.

Comment: Pretty expensive insurance policy I sold.
