Here is the latest on Geo2. I recommend that all Geo2 lost shareholders go to the Geo2 web site and read the Administrators report to creditors. HIH and OneTel are big disasters for shareholders, but equally so, Geo2 has been a big disaster for its shareholders. Is it possible that the only difference between all three is one of size? From where I sit, I am going to drive the pollies crazy until Geo2 is placed on the same agenda as the other big two.

LETTER FROM SIMSLOCKWOOD, JOINT AND SEVERAL DEED ADMINISTRATOR

I refer to my appointment as Joint and Several Administrator of the
abovenamed company on 21 November 2000 and subsequent appointment as
Joint and Several Deed Administrator on 18 May 2001.

I have attached a Notice to Shareholders and request that this notice
be posted as an announcement.

Should you have any queries in relation to the above, please contact
Lisa Redfern of my Melbourne office on (03) 9603 0254.

JOINT AND SEVERAL DEED ADMINISTRATOR

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

As previously advised, Ken Sellers and myself were appointed Joint
and Several Administrators of Geo2 Limited ("Geo2") on 21 November
2000 pursuant to Part 5.3A of the Corporations Law.

A creditors' meeting on 30 April 2001 resolved to enter a Deed of
Company Arrangement ('the Deed'). The Deed provides for the Deed
Administrators to continue to trade the company for a period of up to
three (3) months from the signing of the Deed. In that time, I will
continue to attempt to sell the company' assets and seek a proposal
for reconstruction of the company. The said Deed was executed on 18
May 2001.

A copy of the report sent to the creditors prior to the meeting can
be obtained from the company's web site at www.geo2.com.au. A copy of
the Deed may be inspected at the offices of Sims Lockwood, Level 15,
461 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000.

I have been advised by Computershare Investor Services that share
maintenance is to be transferred from CHESS to their Issuer System.
They have advised that all shareholders will receive statements
advising of a nil CHESS balance and their individual SRN in the
coming weeks.

Finally, I advise that to date I have not declared shares in the
company to be of nil value, as the company's future is still
dependent on negotiations that occur over the next two months. As
such, shareholders are not permitted to recognise any loss in
relation to their shareholdings until such a declaration is made, if
one is made at all.

D N Lockwood
JOINT AND SEVERAL DEED ADMINISTRATOR
