i agree with your assesment, however, this company's P/E ratio is in line with any "normal" evaluation. In the software industry, a multiple of 20 is "normal", this firm only has a P/E ratio of 16.5. Furthermore, you have to give them credit for turning to profitability -- their licensing works very well and will continue providing growth in revenues. In my opinion, in the next 2 quarters this company will move much higher.
