No CEO or CFO in his right mind would authorize a loan at current rates when he knows that if he waits just a little while longer rates will be coming down. Look to 3% for a for a period before things begin to pick up. This thing could push off until later next year. I don’t buy the ignorant slave theory. Its gonna be awhile.
