Let me address your post to me.

Reading between your lines I sense a bit of envy? jealousy?

Do you really believe that I am jealous or envious of anyone that has an association with Pristine or was this just a weak attempt at misdirection?

I can assure you that I don't envy the position of any of you that are surely going to be categorized as a material witness.

I would like you to explain something to me.

On June 1, 2001 you made a statement that you were not a moderator for any of the trading rooms at Pristine. You did this in the public eye while touting your service and inviting me to join in for a free trial to participate in the profits. This was a direct attempt, on the Silicon Investor forum, at soliciting me for the purpose of joining Pristine. Silicon Investor is well aware of these direct attempts at solicitation as at least one person was suspended due to posts to you. They cannot claim "they" did not know you were soliciting people for Pristine.

On June 3, 2001 you made a statement that you were a moderator for Pristine.

Were you or were you not a moderator for Pristine as you were touting the service as of June 1, 2001. Is it your position that as of June 1, 2001 you were not a moderator but as of June 3, 2001 you were a moderator?

On June 1, 2001 I asked you the following two part question:

"Do you pay a subscription fee to the chat room? " and "If so, do you pay the going rate or a reduced rate? "

On June 1, 2001 you stated that you did not understand the question.

On June 3, 2001 after Viperluke addressed the issue of your admitted position of moderator you then suddenly understood my question and answered it.

I hope that you consult with a tax lawyer before filling out your 1040 for this year.

And to SI Jeff:

I have asked for clarification as to whether I may talk about Pristine, Terra Nova, MasterTrader, The Executioner, et al and I have still not received a private message from you outlining how you plan to apply the terms of use to me.

Since Lee Kramer is associated with Pristine as a moderator, touts the service using the Silicon Investor forum, and invites the public on the Silicon Investor forum to participate in their profits , he is part and parcel of the discovery of an entity that secures profit from the selling of 'recommendations' to people who trade securities. Pristine has used the word recommendation(s) in describing the acts of Oliver, Greg, "BLANK" (a name I suppose I have to blank out per S.I edict), and Alexandergrace on their chat site.

As such, Lee Kramer is governed by the SEC and all Federal, State, and local laws and subject to questioning about his activities. This is especially true when there is a discrepancy placed on YOUR FORUM as to his activities by his own hand.

He directed a post to me while I was on suspension and I am answering it. If he chooses not to answer my questions I will not ask them again. My point is made. I might add that my level of questioning to Lee Kramer does not rise to the level of questioning done by Tastes Like Chicken to another member of this forum on many different threads.
