Mark Thanks for the quick response. Your post has verified what I have found. And yes I was trying to upgrade to a new Norton virus package when I ran into a problem. As far as some feedback on the prior question ? I read your post, but due to some busines travel, I have not had time to get to that upgrade. I was about to try your suggestions this morning and I found the I-Worm.Magistr on the machine. Thus, I decided to upgrade the virus software first and as you know I was unable. I must now decide what direction to go. I will keep you posted but now --- who knows? Again thanks. I must say you are areal asset to the people on this thred. Later Ben
