The point remains that the stats getting even MORE different with this technique... so I can reject them out of hand even easier :) Wonder why the government would worry so much about adjusting prices of microwaves and computers and ignore the multi trillion dollar collapse in "real" GDP caused by moms leaving the "mom" job??? IMO hedonics is approaching that type of estimating... AND estimating "moms" value makes a LOT more sense. DAK
