Marty -- I am wondering if any covenants on the various debt instruments restricted insiders from selling. This could account for the lack of selling. Your comments are pretty good in theory but the reality of the situation especially given other opportunities in the market place, means that the company is in dire straits. Oh well. looks like I made the wrong investment/bet. Darn it!
