In the past have noticed a recurring pattern a few times. ONT would rally...fall back. Within a couple weeks VDAT would rally...fall back. Then AXC. Might be a coincidence or it might be very systematic penny traders at play. With ONTs rally this week, it will be interesting to see if it plays out again.
