Of course, the Cal-ISO is most easily hacked by those who communicate with it regularly. Like the utes and the IPPs for instance. Interesting to me that the CNET reporter was so little interested in IDing the perp. This is a modus operandi of the "dirty tricks" units at some organizations. It could be 13 year old script kiddies, and it could just as easily be a power marketer who is looking for a new way to confuse and harass the market. Either one is a possibility, but the later perp has way more motivation. <bg>
