Hi Jim, I think he just needs to push the blame anywhere but in his lap. It makes his arguments for renegotiating his contract with millions of new, lower priced options easier. "It was the market's fault. It was a fundamental shift in our (stock) market (price). You guys don't pay me 9 figures in compensation to predict markets!"

It will work too, because all these overpaid clowns will point to the "fundamental shift" cloud of ether in unison. That MUST be the reason because they all agree!
