"As far as women and EEOC hiring guidelines, the truth of the matter is that many women are more qualified to do a job than many men. Women are better at networking and co-operation and that skill lends itself to corporate structure."

What does all that mean?

I had made two points.

1. Immigration is the problem not corporations. The market works on supply and demand and when women started coming into the work force in huge numbers the country needed to cut the flow of immigration which it did not. Because of the political power alotted women piggy backing on the affirmative action cause they were able to structure the laws to suit their needs and that was the effect of the laws. Look at the sensus. What they found was that more women are living alone then ever and the numbers are staggering. Women got jobs and then decided that the men they displaced were not good enough for them. (Again as one group advances another must lose - The economy does not grow enough to make up for huge entries of people into the workforce)

2. Ralph's policies, which will slow the economy even worse, will only make the problem worse. This is because as the corporations are forced to hire less and less people with the crazy regulations, more and more people are flowing into this country looking for jobs. This is causing the Country to become weak and eventually it will lose it's grip on it's hegemonic position. The 10 year census has showed us incredible changes. Thus, it will probably not be long. All it would take probably is the election of Ralph Nader and the passing of his agenda.
