HELP!!
My computer froze(running Windows 98SE); when I rebooted, I got this:

"A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C1835F77 in VXD PPPMAC(04)
+000030B7. The current application will be terminated.

*Press any key to terminate the current application.
*Press CTRL+ALT+DEL again to restart your computer. You will lose any unsaved information in all applications.

Press any key to continue_"

Okay. I tried that. I rebooted using a Boot Disk. I rebooted using a Windows CD. I rebooted using both. It ALWAYS takes me to the above "fatal exception" screen.

Do I have to buy a new computer.

BTW I am posting using my faithful Mac.
