The question though, is how do they do their accounting. In the old days with the penny gold stocks, it was actually pretty easy to figure out the cash per share number, but these days, with all the fancy take-it-to-the-limit, let's-throw-out-North-American-GAAP book cooking, it's probably a little trickier.

It is almost sad to note that the old Vancouver Stock Exchange probably has more stringent listing requirements than NASDAQ these days - then again, NASDAQ was never a stock exchange in the first place, was it? I bet you few people even know this fact.
