cNhiem: My visit to Innovacom was very uneventful with regards to finding out info that we dont already know from their press releases. Mark Koz, Dennis Castleman,and Jim Anderson were not in the office friday morning when i stopped by. Instead i spoke to the new CFO Mr. Creasey briefly as well as Rod Maier (business development). They were very very tight lipped about what they said to me (recognized me from SI board). Yes they do read the boards! It was obvious to me that the new mangement that has come on board has begun to tighten the screws. They admitted that past releases and communication was poor and that that issue has been addressed. (we do serve a purpose!) I tried to get info on financials and foundry but as expected they were unwilling to let me know. At least the company wont be accused like GRNO anytime soon. They stated that there number one priority was getting Naz listing done. Creasey feels this wont be a problem. Also,When i asked Rod about competition,he expects CUBE and IBM to be tha main ones. When i asked about Sony he dismissed them somewhat,more aware of CUBE (many of the same target customers in the future). I wish i had more info for all of you,but as you can imagine company is watching out for there best interests going forward. Maier joked about the calls hes getting from investors wanting to know how the digital boards have been selling, obviously he cant give out that info. alex(KOZ has a beautiful secretary,maybe she reads this board too) :-)
