OT-Telecom: This article is about a month old, but very interesting. The author argues that the telecom problems will be over sooner than we think, and argues component suppliers, such as in the optical area, should be purchasing the next generation equipment now, and that if things don't change there will be a big shortage of components coming in a while (i.e. opposite of current situation). This argument seems just like what I heard AMAT CEO Morgan argue on CNBC in December, that companies should beware holding off spending on equipment such as AMAT sells. If this argument is valid in the telecom equipment area, seems like NEWP, a stock I recently added to, should do well.

Any thoughts on this argument by anyone? Quite a range of opinion here in telecom land. Either this is the perfect storm just starting, or the experts have it all wrong all over again.
