That is a horrible story...maybe the military isn't what it use to be..we had eight of years of Clinton with no bullets, you know.

Many of the "good" military people left, they were sick of being used to pass out box lunches...sad state of affairs when if like you said, all they had to do was attach a chain, or something to hold on to the car.
