statements from NT and LU are about telecom only. The carriers are in heavy debt, so the recovery is far away. But the chip sector of technology is in recovery mode. Intel and National already said so. Applied Material is seeing signs and its chart shows. So QQQ will hold above 1650. And Greenspan will cut the rate by another 0.5% on June 27, why? because he's panicked.
