they are quarterly. i use other criteria besides well below net cash value(cash per share minus liabilities per share). for example:
1. no preferred stock
2. 1-2 yrs+ cash on hand using current burn
3. no potential damaging litigation (listed in 10q)

BFRE meets all these, however being booted from R2000 may knock it a bit lower before jumping. EPRS also meets but it will also be booted from R2000 and burn rate still high

The R2000 re-shuffling will create some good picks for me
