Patricia,

There have been people reading this board who have been concerned about what has been taking place on this site tonight. You missed a conference call with the infamous Lisa.

Lisa told me that Tim is quite upset. Of course, Lisa was none to happy either since she was brought up tonight in the usual fashion. I imagine the conversation was a little heated.
Tim's ear is probably suffering from hearing loss :-)

She told me that if anyone felt concern over recent events that they should feel free to contact Tim. He will put you in touch with his attorney on Monday via a conference call or through direct communication. I know that Lisa is planning on having a conference call with him.

I believe something is in the works to try to help those caught in the cross fire in terms of quashing a broad brush stroke of subpoena power.

I will leave it at that for now. More information concerning all events will be forthcoming this week.

I have not gotten permission by Silicon Investor to address these ridiculous posts. My integrity has been called into question..no surprise there considering the source...and I feel the need to address it.

Someone is a liar. I am sure some of you wonder if it is Tim.

I would remind people that in order to file a "COUNTER SUIT", one usually has been SERVED a complaint in a law suit. Also, the powers that be at Silicon Investor should understand the legitimacy of the claims of a lawsuit. I bet they even know the cause number.
