Does anyone think the 39 billion dollars we are getting from Bush, will not be spent?

Helloooo? $39 billion? Try $300 bucks a taxpayer in the fall, followed by a few hundred bucks a taxpayer per year thereafter. Most of the tax cut is bullsh*t. It is tax cuts promised for future years which will likely be revoked. Personally, I have a hard time seeing how this is going to have some huge impact on the economy. Some people will spend it, others will pay down their credit cards with it. IMHO, it is a non-event.
