What I can't figure out is why is housing still up?

J.M., I don't think the statistics are accurate. I am getting married in August and my fiance' put her house on the market (Detroit area) two months ago. She's had ten people look at it in two months. Last year, she would have had ten a week the first few weeks. She is also a realtor and her business is terrible, yet the statistics are strong. There is a dichotomy between reality and perception.
