I cannot determine the provenance of the site, so it may be a group I am not familiar with....The thing that put me in mind of LaRouche is the attack on International Bankers (generally, insinuating Jewish bankers), and suspicion of the British for attempting neo- colonial dominance of the United States.

I think you did a pretty good job of chewing over the Constitutional issue in the post I am responding to. I don't think there is one.......
