There will be NO collaboration with land based casinos as far as I know. It would be counterproductive.

Horsepower's clearly defined target markets are the internet and racetracks. HP is the ideal filler between races since it's designed to run on the existing track infrastructure and offers a higher level of profitability to a track than simulcast betting.
It also provides a more profitable and fitting alternative to slots. Tracks are starting to realize that slots are only a fix but no solution to their financial problems for two reasons:
1) Slots tend to actually draw people away from betting on races
2) Tracks are becoming more and more reliant on income from slots to fund their operations. That works fine until such time when a new casino opens in the area and their numbers do seem to grow like weeds these days with new casinos popping up everywhere you look.
